What You Will Do

  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to set and achieve sales targets and expand the customer base indomestic and international market.
  • Building a high performing team by providing strong mentorship, coaching and guidance.
  • Research industries and identify potential customers from relevant industry verticals.
  • Lead and manage marketing initiatives to ensure continuous flow of qualified leads
  • Understand 1Channel tech offerings and product capability in depth to independently perform pre-sales andsolutioning activities .
  • Understand client needs, design appropriate solutions basis 1Channel core competencies, respond to RFPsand negotiate deals to closure.
  • Research industry best-practices, competitor offerings, evolving client needs to help in formulating ProductRoadmap.

Qualifications

  • MBA from a reputed institute
  • 5+ years of Business Development experience
  • 2+ years of Business Development experience in B2B SaaS solutions
  • International BD experience will be an added plus
