Customer Success Manager
What You Will Do
- Understand Assistive offerings in detail including product configurations, business use cases andanalytics framework
- Deep engagement with client for any new implementation to understand problems faced by the businessteam and providing a robust solution using different SaaS offerings
- Help client to derive maximum value out of software implementation
- Ensure a seamless post-implementation support to client for already implemented features as well as newrequirements
- Looking for revenue generation opportunities from existing client base
- Contributing towards improvement of products and internal processes

Skills You Will Need
- Attitude & aptitude to acquire in-depth knowledge of multiple SaaS solution
- Passion to solve cistomer problems
- Strong problem-solving skill & analytical mindset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skill
- Knowledge of MySQL will be preferred
Qualifications
- B.E. / B. Tech from a reputed institute
- 1 year of implementation experience
- Having experience in SFA or CRM implementation will be preferred
- Knowledge of MS Excel and Power Point
