What You Will Do

  • Partner with the key stakeholders to understand and execute the organization's human resource and talentmanagement strategy across employee lifecycle.
  • Design, implement and monitor special projects/initiatives across lifecycle of employee - onboarding,performance management, employee engagement, rewards and recognition, exit etc.
  • Create programs, for employer branding to attract tier-one technology and other talents up with users totrack technology implementation and collect usage feedback.
  • Identify, analyze, and implement best HR practices suited for the organization.
  • Create effective analytical tools & reports to analyze HR information.
  • Conduct internal surveys to check employee pulse and areas of strength and improvements areas to designsuitable interventions aiming at building the best workplace for the team.

Qualifications
