The main objective of the project was to collect the orders from retail stores through a fool proof system for the products of Tropolite Foods. Additionally, the client did not have a database of existing outlets which was created through the system. The application was successfully piloted in Delhi region and later rolled out to the entire country.
Assistive, our in-house mobile based field force automation solution, was the perfect fit for the client’s requirement. Built with a focus on process compliance monitoring and streamlining of field reporting, it improved secondary sales governance in the following manner:
- A few modules were modified through customized development specifically to fit in with the client workflow
- Classroom and Market training sessions were held all across the country to handhold the users till they are comfortable using the app
